摘 要:以聚乳酸(PLA)、木粉为原料,聚乙二醇(PEG)为增容剂,通过熔融共混挤出工艺制备了PLA基木塑复合材料。实验采用场发射扫描电子显微镜、同步热分析仪、万能试验机等测试表征方法探究了不同相对分子量的PEG对木塑复合材料表观形貌、热性能、力学性能等的影响。结果表明,加入PEG后,复合材料的界面相容性有了很好的改善,当PEG的分子量为1000时效果最为明显。随着PEG分子量的增加,复合材料的力学性能呈先提高后降低的趋势,当PEG的分子量为1000时,拉伸强度、弯曲强度、断裂伸长率都达到了最大值,分别为26.21 MPa,95.3 MPa及2.5%。另外,PEG的加入使得复合材料的熔体流动速率显著提高,最高可达到14.28 g/10 min。Selecting poly(lactic acid)(PLA)and wood flour as raw materials,poly(ethylene glycol)(PEG)as compatibilizer,PLA based wood plastic composites were prepared by melt extrusion process.The effect of PEG with different relative molecular weight on the surface morphology,thermal behavior and mechanical properties of PLA based wood plastic composites was investigated by SEM,DSC and universal testing machine.The results show that the interfacial compatibility of the composite is best when using PEG1000.With the increase of PEG relative molecular weight,the mechanical properties of the composites firstly increases and then decreases,and reach the best when PEG relative molecular weight is 1000,the tensile strength reaches 26.21 MPa,the bending strength reaches 95.30 MPa,and the breaking elongation reaches 2.5%.In addition,the MFR is significantly improved by adding PEG,up to 14.28 g/10 min.
