摘 要:针对乙烯-乙酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVAC)易燃的缺点,采用纤维素/聚磷酸铵(APP)作膨胀型阻燃剂,并加入氮基三亚甲基磷酸锆(Zr-ATMP)以改善其与EVAC的相容性,采用熔融共混法制备了EVAC复合材料,通过万能拉力机、热重分析仪、燃烧测试仪等分析了Zr-ATMP添加量对材料力学性能、热稳定性、阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,Zr-ATMP的添加有利于增强纤维素/APP与EVAC基体的相容性进而提高复合材料的力学性能,拉伸强度和断裂伸长率最高可达11.37 MPa和136.02%;少量Zr-ATMP能够提高材料的高温热稳定性;Zr-ATMP和纤维素/APP共同发挥气相和凝聚相阻燃作用,大幅提高EVAC的阻燃性能,当Zr-ATMP添加量3份时,复合材料的极限氧指数为31%,燃烧等级达到V-0级。In view of the flammability of ethylene-vinyl acetate copolymer(EVAC),cellulose/ammonium polyphosphate(APP)was used as inflatable flame retardant,nitrogen-based trimethylene zirconium phosphate(Zr-ATMP)was added to improve its compatibility with EVAC,and EVAC composite was prepared by melt blending method.The effects of Zr-ATMP addition on the mechanical properties,thermal stability and flame retardant properties of the composites were analyzed by means of universal tension machine,thermogravimetric analyzer and combustion tester.The results show that the addition of Zr-ATMP is beneficial to enhance the compatibility between cellulose/APP and EVAC matrix,and improve the mechanical properties of composites.The tensile strength and elongation at break of composites are up to 11.37 MPa and 136.02%,respectively.The thermal stability in high temperature is improved by a small amount of Zr-ATMP.The flame retardancy of the composites is that the cellulose/APP/Zr-ATMP plays a role in the flame retardation of both in gas phase and condense phase,so it improves greatly the flame retardancy of EVAC.The LOI of the composites reaches to 31%and V-0 rating when the content of Zr-ATMP is 3phr.
