摘  要:借助于有限元数值模拟软件Ansys Polyflow,对普通型分离螺杆和波状型分离螺杆混炼性能进行数值模拟研究,对比分析了两种螺杆构型在相同的参数条件下的塑化效果和流场特点。结果表明,相对于普通的双螺纹型分离螺杆,波状型分离螺杆螺槽深度的周期性变化,使熔体获得更大的压力和剪切作用,但由于波状凸起占据了部分螺槽空间,导致副螺棱的分离作用没有得到充分发挥;波状型分离螺杆螺槽内的起伏变化,造成螺杆径向方向受力大小波动较大、轴向受力较大,这对螺杆强度和传动动力有着严格的要求。因此,需要进一步优化波状型分离螺杆螺槽构型,设计出分离作用明显、径向受力平稳且轴向受力较小的螺杆构型。With the finite element numerical simulation software Ansys Polyflow,the numerical simulation on the mixing properties for the wave barrier screw unit and normal barrier screw unit was carried out.The plasticizing quality and flow field characteristics of the two above screws under same operating conditions were compared.The results show that,in comparison with the normal barrier screw,the wave barrier screw can make the melt obtain greater pressure and local shear rate because of the periodic depth change in the screw groove.However,the screw wave takes up the space for conveying the melt which can cause the separating function of the secondary flight develop inadequately.Moreover,the wave groove can result in the violent shock for the radial force and larger increase for the axial force,which leads to strict requirements on the screw strength and the drive power.Consequently,optimized screw configuration is needed to gain small radial force fluctuation and little axial force together with an obvious separation action.
