摘 要:为研究埋地聚乙烯(PE)燃气管受外压作用下破坏过程及声发射信号变化规律,利用多功能力学试验机在4种不同加载速度下进行恒速外压实验,首先在时域下对外压失效过程各阶段的声发射信号特征参数变化规律进行分析,然后应用频谱分析方法对不同加载速度下的外压破坏过程声发射信号的频谱规律进行研究。结果表明,外压失效过程大致分成四个阶段,第一阶段无明显的声发射信号产生;特征参数(能量计数、振铃计数)数值在第二阶段达到最大,第四阶段次之,第三阶段最小;外压失效破坏过程中,声发射信号的主频稳定在63~64 kHz范围内;声发射信号频率主要成分在60~70 kHz,120~130 kHz,180~190 kHz范围内。In order to study the failure process of buried polyethylene(PE)gas pipe under external pressure and the change of acoustic emission signal,a multifunctional mechanical testing machine was used to conduct a constant external pressure experiment at 4 different loading speeds.First,in the time domain the characteristic parameters of the acoustic emission signal at each stage of the external pressure failure process were analyzed,and then the spectrum analysis method was used to study the frequency spectrum of the acoustic emission signal during the external pressure failure process under different loading speeds.The results show that the external pressure failure process are roughly divided into four stages,there is no obvious acoustic emission signal generation in the first stage;the value of characteristic parameters(energy count,ringing count)reaches the maximum in the second stage,followed by the fourth stage,and the third stage is the smallest.In the process of external pressure failure damage,the main frequency of the acoustic emission signal is stable in the range of 63-64 kHz;the frequency of the acoustic emission signal is mainly distributed in the range of 60-70 kHz,120-130 kHz,and 180-190 kHz.
