摘 要:选用离聚体型、聚酯型、聚醚型三种不同分散剂分别与酞菁蓝颜料以及聚苯硫醚(PPS)共混,通过双螺杆熔融挤出造粒,得到PPS蓝色纤维母粒,然后将PPS蓝色纤维母粒与PPS树脂混合熔融纺丝制得PPS色丝。探究了不同种类分散剂及含量对颜料在PPS中的分散性能、母粒流变性能、制品着色性能,以及PPS有色长丝表面形貌与力学性能的影响。结果表明,聚醚型分散剂对纤维母粒性能的影响效果优于离聚体型和聚酯型。当色母中聚醚型分散剂的质量分数为5%时,PPS制品着色力最高,b^(^(*))值最小,PPS色丝表面光滑无凹陷,可纺性好且断裂强度提高。Three different dispersants,ionomer type,polyester type and polyether type,were chosen to be blended with phthalocyanine blue pigment and polyphenylene sulfide(PPS)to obtain PPS blue fiber masterbatches by twin-screw melt extrusion and granulation.Then the PPS blue fiber masterbatch was mixed with PPS pellets and melt spun to make PPS fiber.The effects of different types and contents of dispersants on the dispersion of pigments in PPS,the rheological properties of masterbatches,the coloring properties of products,and the surface morphology and mechanical properties of PPS colored filaments were investigated.The results show that the effect of polyether type dispersant on the performance of fiber masterbatches is better than that of ionomer type and polyester type.When the addition of polyether type dispersant is 5%,PPS products have the highest coloring power,the smallest b^(*)value,smooth surface of PPS color filament without depression,good spinnability and increased breaking strength.
