摘　　要：目的建立一套科学、简便、全面的区域性消毒供应中心运营能力评价指标体系,为承担第三方消毒灭菌服务的机构提供参考。方法在文献分析的基础上,通过课题组专家讨论,初步编制评价指标体系框架,采用德尔菲法进行专家函询,对函询结果进行统计学分析,最终确立评价指标体系。结果21名专家参与指标体系的设计,两轮咨询的积极性分别是90.00%和83.33%,专家权威系数为0.84,变异系数均<0.20。最终构建了3个一级指标,15个二级指标,36个三级指标,各指标的必要性协调系数为0.301,操作性指标协调性系数为0.289。协调系数经χ2检验有统计学意义,说明指标系统具有一致性。结论建立的区域性消毒供应中心运营能力指标系统较为全面,专家积极性高,权威性和协调性均较好,筛选出的评价指标体系可以作为评价区域性消毒供应中心运营能力的工作评价。Objective To establish a set of scientific,simple and comprehensive evaluation index system for the operation capacity of regional disinfection supply center,and to provide reference for the institutions undertaking the third-party disinfection and sterilization services.Methods On the basis of literature analysis,through the discussion of experts in the research group,the framework of the evaluation index system was initially prepared.Delphi method was used to conduct expert correspondence.Statistical analysis was conducted on the results of the correspondence and finally the evaluation index system was established.Results 21 experts participated in the design of the index system.The enthusiasm of the two rounds of consultation was 90.00%and 83.33%.The authority coefficient of experts was 0.84,and the coefficient of variation was less than 0.20.Finally,3 first-level indicators,15 second-level indicators and 36 third-level indicators are constructed.The necessary coordination coefficient of each indicator is 0.301.The operational coordination coefficient is 0.289.The concordance coefficient is statistically significant by chi square test,which shows that the index system is consistent.Conclusion The index system of operation ability of regional disinfection supply center is comprehensive with high enthusiasm of experts,good authority and coordination.The selected index system can be used as the evaluation of operation ability of regional disinfection supply center.
