摘 要:采用气相色谱法测定茶叶中γ-666残留量,根据JF1059.1—2012《测量不确定度评定与表示》建立了数学模型,对毛细管柱色谱法测定茶叶中γ-666残留量的不确定度进行评定。不确定度主要来源于标准工作曲线绘制、标准溶液配制、样品处理、仪器进样和测量重复性。当茶叶中γ-666的残留量为0.034 mg/kg时,其扩展不确定度为0.003 mg/kg(k=2)。该方法确定了影响毛细管柱色谱法测定茶叶中六六六残留量的关键因素,提高了检测方法准确性和可靠性。The determination of γ-666 residues in teas by gas chromatography was carried out.According to JF1059.1-2012 Evaluation and Expression of Measurement Uncertainty,a mathematical model was established to evaluate the uncertainty of determination of γ-666 residues in teas by capillary column chromatography.The uncertainty mainly comes from standard working curve drawing,standard solution preparation,sample handling,instrument injection and measurement repeatability.When the pesticide residues(γ-666)in teas was 0.034 mg/kg,the expanded uncertainty was 0.003 mg/kg(k=2).The key factors affecting the determination of γ-666 residue in teas by capillary column chromatography were determined,and the accuracy and reliability of the method were improved.
