摘  要:全球石油产品需求量日益增加,石油资源劣质化趋势严重,高硫、高氮原油的炼制不可避免。为促进我国劣质原油炼化产业更快、更好的发展,中钢集团天澄环保科技股份有限公司自主研发了“高效袋式除尘+臭氧脱硝+钠法脱硫”的新工艺,并以EPC总承包方式承建60万t/a及80万t/a催化裂化装置建设两套示范工程。装置投产后,催化裂化装置外排烟气污染物浓度大大降低,粉尘、SO_(2)、NO_(x)质量浓度分别由1000、2000、350 mg/m^(3)降至17、17、32 mg/m^(3),远低于国家排放标准。装置具有良好的操作特性,且运行稳定,能够满足炼化行业长周期运行的要求。With the increase of global demand for petroleum products and the trend of serious deteriorating of petroleum resources,the refining of high-sulfur and high-nitrogen crude oil is inevitable.In order to promote the faster and better development of China′s inferior crude oil refining,Sinosteel Tiancheng Environmental Protection Science&Technology Co.,Ltd.independently developed a new process of"Bag filter+ozone denitration+desulfurization with sodium alkali",and two sets of demonstration projects were built with EPC general contracting pattern in 600,000 tons/year and 800,000 tons/year catalytic cracking unit.With the application of the unit,the concentration of pollutants in FCC flue gas declined significantly,with SO_(2) from 2000 mg/m^(3) to 17 mg/m^(3),NO_(x) from 350 mg/m^(3) to 32 mg/m^(3),and dust from 1000 mg/m^(3) to 17 mg/m^(3),far below the national emission standards.The device has good operability and stable operation,meeting the requirements of long-term operation in the refining and chemical industry.
