摘 要:为提升铝合金熔体品质,改善铝合金铸轧板微观组织,运用ABB测氢仪、光学显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)和能谱分析仪(EDS)等检测手段研究了熔体复合在线净化(旋转喷吹净化法+双层陶瓷过滤板过滤净化法)对双零铝箔用铸轧板除气去杂和微观组织的影响,并对其物相进行分析。研究结果表明,熔体复合在线净化方法对铝合金熔体除气除杂效果明显。经复合在线净化处理的铝合金熔体,铝合金熔体中氢含量降到0.12 mL/(100 mg Al)以下,明显降低熔体非金属夹杂含量,铝合金铸轧板组织中未见明显气孔、粗大夹杂物或夹杂聚集现象,熔体洁净度得到了有效提高。In order to improve the quality of aluminum alloy melt and improve the microstructure of aluminum alloy cast-rolling plate,the effect of melt compound purification(rotary injection purification method and double layer ceramic filter plate filtration purification method)on the hydrogen removal and microstructure of cast-rolling plate for double zero aluminum foil was investigated via using ABB hydrogen analyzer,Optical Microscope(OM),Scanning Electron Microscope(SEM)and Energy Dispersive Spectrometer(EDS).The results show that the compound purification method has obvious effect on degassing and impurity removal of aluminum alloy melt.The hydrogen content in aluminum alloy melt after compound on-line purification treatment is less than 0.12 mL/(100 mg Al),which significantly reduces the contents of non-metallic inclusions in the melt.There is no obvious porosity,coarse inclusion or inclusion aggregation in the aluminum alloy cast rolling plate structure,and the melt cleanliness is effectively improved.
