摘　　要：盆底功能障碍性疾病在妊娠后女性当中发病率很高。在妊娠这特殊生理时期,女性骨盆部姿势会改变,其盆腹生物力学也会随之改变,力学变化会带来相应的疾病。论述动力学改变与发生功能障碍的关系,总结女性妊娠后其腹盆腔力学改变对盆底影响,探讨诱发盆底功能障碍性疾病的高危因素,为制定盆底康复治疗最佳方案和方法提供参考。Pelvic floor dysfunction disease has a high incidence in women after pregnancy.During this special physiological period of women pregnancy,posture of woman pelvis will change,and the pelvic biomechanics will change as well.Such mechanical changes will bring corresponding diseases.The relationship between dynamic changes and occurrence of functional disorders were discussed,the influences of changes in abdominal pelvic mechanics on the pelvic floor after pregnancy were summarized,and the high risk factors of pelvic floor dysfunction(PFD)were investigated,so as to provide the optimal treatment plans and method for pelvic floor rehabilitation treatment.
