冬令膏方治疗肝脾系疾病研究进展

摘　　要：膏方是中医八大剂型(丸、散、膏、丹、汤、酒、露、锭)之一,具有治疗疾病和增强体质的双重作用,更充分体现了中医整体观和辨证论治的诊疗特色。肝脾系疾病是临床常见、多发病,常因外邪入侵、饮食不节、情志失畅、禀赋不足等使病情迭治迭复,且病久者易累及他脏,造成多脏腑不得安和。因此适宜运用膏方调补,顾护先后天之本,使正气存内,邪无所干。膏方的应用,虽并不局限于冬季,但纵观临床实践,冬季更为盛行,故以冬令膏方发展研究为主。本文综述了冬令膏方的历史渊源、理论依据、临床应用等,并提出观点及展望。Paste prescription is one of the eight preparation forms of Chinese medicine(pill,powder,paste,pellet,tang,liquor,distillate and lozenge).It has functions of curing diseases and strengthening constitutions and fully embodies the characteristics of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment,namely holism as well as syndrome differentiation and treatment.The liver and spleen diseases are common and frequently-occurred in clinic.The repeated recurrence and treatment of the disease is usually due to the invasion of external pathogens,improper diet,emotional disorders,constitutional insufficiency,and so on.Moreover,the lingering of the disease may affect other viscera,resulting in the disharmony of viscera.Therefore,it is suitable to use paste prescription to regulate and tonify the body,and to take care of the root of innate and postnatal endowment,so that the healthy qi can be stored inside to defend pathogens.Although the application of paste prescription is not limited to winter,the liver-kidney disease is more prevalent in winter throughout clinical practices,so the development of paste prescription for winter is the main research topic.This paper comprehensively summarizes the historical origin,theoretical basis,and clinical application of paste prescription for winter,and puts forward some viewpoints and prospects.
