麻杏石甘汤加减治疗风温肺热病痰热壅肺证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察麻杏石甘汤加减治疗风温肺热病痰热壅肺证的临床疗效及对血清胱抑素C(CysC)、中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶(NAP)的影响。方法:选取115例风温肺热病痰热壅肺证患者,按随机数字表法分为研究组58例和对照组57例。对照组给予常规对症治疗,研究组在对照组基础上给予麻杏石甘汤加减治疗,2组均连续治疗7 d。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后血清CysC水平、NAP积分,记录2组不良反应。结果:研究组总有效率为96.55%,高于对照组的84.21%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组血清CysC水平及NAP积分均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组有1例患者出现腹泻症状并自行缓解,对照组无不良反应发生。结论:麻杏石甘汤加减治疗风温肺热病痰热壅肺证疗效较好,能明显降低患者的血清CysC、NAP水平,且治疗安全性高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of modified Maxing Shigan tang for wind-warmth and lung heat disease with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome and its effect on cystatin C(CysC)and neutrophil alkaline phosphatase(NAP)in serum.Methods:A total of 115 cases of patients with wind-warmth and lung heat disease with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,58 and 57 cases in each group respectively.The control group was given routine symptomatic treatment,and the study group was additionally treated with modified Maxing Shigan tang based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for seven days.The levels of CysC in serum and the scores of NAP before and after treatment as well as the clinical effect in the two groups were compared.The adverse reactions in the two groups were recorded.Results:The total effective rate was 96.55%in the study group,higher than that of 84.21%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of CysC in serum and the NAP score in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).There was one case of patient who was with symptoms of diarrhea and relieved by himself in the study group,and there was no adverse reaction in the control group.Conclusion:Modified Maxing Shigan tang has good curative effect in treating wind-warmth and lung heat disease with phlegm-heat obstructing the lung syndrome,which can significantly reduce the levels of serum CysC and NAP in patients with high safety.
