芪明颗粒联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变临床研究  

Clinical Study on Qiming Granules Combined with Compound Xueshuantong Capsules for Non-Proliferative Diabetic Retinopathy

摘　　要：目的:观察芪明颗粒联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗非增殖期糖尿病视网膜病变(NPDR)的临床疗效。方法:选取NPDR患者180例,按随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组各90例。对照组给予复方血栓通胶囊治疗,观察组给予芪明颗粒联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗,连续治疗3个月。比较2组中医证候积分、临床疗效、视力恢复情况及血清内皮生长因子(VEGF)水平变化。结果:观察组总有效率为92.22%,高于对照组73.33%(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组中医证候积分较治疗前明显下降,且观察组中医证候积分下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组视力比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组视力较治疗前明显提高,观察组视力恢复情况显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清VEGF、胰岛素样生长因子-1(IGF-1)水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,2组血清VEGF、IGF-1水平较治疗前明显下降,观察组血清NEGF、IGF-1水平下降幅度明显大于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:芪明颗粒联合复方血栓通胶囊治疗NPDR较单纯采用复方血栓通胶囊治疗可提高临床疗效,并有利于缓解临床症状,提高视力,延缓疾病发展。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qiming granules combined with compound Xueshuantong capsules for non-proliferative diabetic retinopathy(NPDR).Methods:A total of 180 cases of NPDR patients were selected and divided into the observation group and the control group according to the random number table method,90 cases in each group.The control group was treated with compound Xueshuantong capsules,and the observation group was treated with Qiming granules combined with compound Xueshuantong capsules.Both groups were treated for three months.The changes in Chinese medicine syndrome scores,the clinical effect,recovery of visual acuity and levels of endothelial growth factor(VEGF)in serum in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 92.22%in the observation group,higher than that of 73.33%in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of visual acuity between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the visual acuity in the two groups was significantly improved when compared with that before treatment,and recovery in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the levels of VEGF and insulin-like growth factor-1(IGF-1)in serum between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of VEGF and IGF-1 in serum in the two groups were significantly decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:
