逐瘀通痹汤联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗膝骨关节炎临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察逐瘀通痹汤联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗膝骨关节炎的临床治疗效果。方法:将68例膝骨关节炎患者随机分为对照组和治疗组各34例。对照组给予盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上联合逐瘀通痹汤治疗,治疗3周后对2组临床疗效进行评价,并观察比较2组治疗前后中医证候积分及炎症因子白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)水平变化。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.06%,对照组为85.29%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组中医证候积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组中医证候积分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组积分低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清TNF-α、IL-10、IL-6水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组血清TNF-α、IL-10、IL-6均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组各项指标水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:逐瘀通痹汤联合盐酸氨基葡萄糖片治疗膝骨关节炎疗效确切,可缓解患者临床症状,改善炎症因子水平。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Zhuyu Tongbi tang combined with glucosamine hydrochloride tablets for osteoarthritis of the knee joint.Methods:A total of 68 cases of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joint were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,34 cases in each group.The control group was given glucosamine hydrochloride tablets,and the treatment group was additionally given Zhuyu Tongbi tang based on the treatment of the control group.After three-week treatment,the clinical effect was evaluated in the two groups.The changes in Chinese medicine syndrome scores and levels of inflammatory factors including interleukin-10(IL-10),interleukin-6(IL-6),and serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)before and after treatment were observed and compared in the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 97.06%in the treatment group,and 85.29%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of Chinese medicine syndrome scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,Chinese medicine syndrome scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the score in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,when compared levels of TNF-α,IL-10,and IL-6 between the two groups,there was no significance in the difference(P>0.05).After treatment,levels of serum TNF-α,IL-10,and IL-6 in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of patients with osteoarthritis of the knee joint,the therapy of Zhuyu Tongbi tang combined with glucosamine hydrochloride tablets has a defined curative effect,which can relieve clinical symptoms and improve levels of inflammatory factors.
