摘　　要：《神灸经纶》为清代吴亦鼎所著灸法专书。本文对书中涉及肿瘤及其类证相关内容进行总结,以归纳其灸法学术思想,包含辨证施灸,灸有补泻;因人因时施灸;灸后养生等内容。基于中医学"带瘤生存"治疗理念,分析了《神灸经纶》中治疗肿瘤的灸法思想,为灸法直接调节肿瘤免疫抑制状态或微环境的相关研究提供新思路。Shenjiu Jinglun is a book on moxibustion written by WU Yiding in the Qing Dynasty.This paper summarizes the contents related to tumor and its syndromes in the book to summarize academic thoughts of the book on moxibustion,including applying moxibustion based on syndrome differentiation and for supplementation;applying moxibustion according to different people and time;and health preservation after moxibustion.Based on the treatment concept of"survival with tumor"in Chinese medicine,this paper analyzes the academic thought of Shenjiu Jinglun on treating tumor by moxibustion,and provides a new idea for the research of moxibustion directly regulating tumor immunosuppression state or microenvironment.
