摘　　要：目的:探究腹部按摩对癌症化疗患者便秘及其相关症状的影响。方法:将癌症化疗患者80例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法将入选研究对象分为对照组和研究组,对照组40例给予常规护理,研究组40例在此基础上给予腹部按摩,对比2组患者护理效果。结果:干预前,2组Wexner便秘评分分别为(25.69±3.52)分、(25.32±3.02)分,差异无统计学意义(t=0.126,P=0.865>0.05),干预后,对照组、研究组Wexner便秘评分分别为(18.65±5.21)分、(10.52±2.36)分。经重复方差分析,干预后2组Wexner便秘评分均较干预前降低,且研究组较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(t=8.698,P=0.000<0.05)。干预后,2组排便困难、排便时间、排便次数评分均较干预前降低,且研究组排便困难、排便时间、排便次数评分均较对照组低(P<0.05)。结论:腹部按摩能够有效改善癌症化疗患者便秘及其相关症状,操作简单,经济,无创,患者易于接受。Objective:To discuss the effect of abdominal massage on constipation and related symptoms in patients undergoing cancer chemotherapy.Methods:A total of 80 cases of patients undergoing cancer chemotherapy were selected as the study objects and divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was additionally given abdominal massage based on the treatment of the control group.The nursing effect in the two groups were compared.Results:Before intervention,the Wexner scores were 25.69±3.52 and 25.32±3.02 points in the two groups respectively,there being no significance in the difference(t=0.126,P=0.865>0.05).After intervention,the Wexner score was 18.65±5.21 points in the control group and 10.52±2.36 points in the study group.After repeated analysis of variance,the Wexner scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before intervention,and the score in the study group was lower than that in the control group,the difference being significant(t=8.698,P=0.000<0.05).After intervention,the scores of defecation difficulties,defecation time and defecation frequency in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before intervention,and the above scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Abdominal massage can effectively improve constipation and related symptoms in patients undergoing cancer chemotherapy,which is simple,economical,noninvasive and easy to be accepted by patients.
