摘　　要：目的:探究鲜益母草胶囊联合缩宫素预防流产术后出血临床疗效及护理效果。方法:将160例流产术后出血患者,依据随机数字表法分为对照组、观察组各80例,对照组予缩宫素治疗,观察组予鲜益母草胶囊联合缩宫素治疗,2组均予护理干预,对比分析2组治疗效果、出血量、术后凝血功能指标及不良反应情况。结果:观察组出血量少、无宫腔残留物及不良反应发生率优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组干预后纤维蛋白原(FIB)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、凝血酶原时间(PT)与对照组比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组在护理干预的基础上术后的出血时间、腹痛时间及月经复潮时间少于对照组,且观察组在护理干预的基础上治疗14 d的子宫内膜厚度明显大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:鲜益母草胶囊联合缩宫素在护理干预的基础上,可减少患者流产术后出血量,且宫腔残留物少、出血时间短,不影响患者凝血功能。Objective:To explore the clinical effect and nursing effect of fresh motherwort capsules combined with oxytocin for preventing hemorrhage after abortion.Methods:A total of 160 cases of patients with hemorrhage after abortion were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,80 cases in each group.The control group was treated with oxytocin,and the observation group was treated with fresh motherwort capsules combined with oxytocin.Both groups were given nursing intervention.The curative effect,amount of bleeding,postoperative coagulation function indexes and adverse reactions in the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results:In the observation group,there was little amount of bleeding and no intrauterine residue,and the incidence of adverse reactions was better than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After intervention,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of fibrinogen(FIB),activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT)and prothrombin time(PT)between the two groups(P>0.05).Based on the nursing intervention,the time of postoperative hemorrhage,abdominal pain and return of menses in the observation group was less than that in the control group;the endometrial thickness after 14-day treatment was significantly larger than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Based on the nursing intervention,the therapy of fresh motherwort capsules combined with oxytocin can reduce the amount of hemorrhage after abortion,with little intrauterine residue and short bleeding time and without affecting the coagulation function of patients.
