地方综合性大学音乐教育的问题和对策

摘　　要：地方综合性大学音乐教育专业是培养区域音乐人才的重要力量,并在社会发展中获得了全新的发展机遇。然而,当前地方综合性大学音乐教育的部分学科规划还难以满足社会发展以及人才培养的需求,特色课程建设还不能凸显文化传承特色,教师教学中存在着“重技轻理”的问题。促进地方综合性大学音乐教育的发展,应优化学科规划,提高人才培养质量;加强特色教学,更好地进行文化传承;强化教师培训,重视对学生的理论引导。Music education major of local universities is an important force to cultivate music professionals and has obtained a new development opportunity in the process of social development.However,the current discipline planning of music education in local universities is difficult to meet the needs of social development and personnel training,the construction of characteristic courses cannot highlight the characteristics of cultural heritage,and there is a problem of“emphasizing technique over theory”in teaching.To promote the development of music education in local universities,we should optimize the discipline planning,improve the quality of personnel training,strengthen the characteristic teaching,better carry out the cultural heritage,strengthen the teachers’training,and attach importance to the theoretical guidance of students.
