基于服务设计视角下的智能养老空间设计--以公办养老机构为例

摘　　要：机构养老是现代社会养老服务体系中重要的组成部分。针对当前公办养老机构存在的养老服务与护理资源供应不足、传统的养老空间无法满足老年人需求等问题,文章通过服务设计的方法分析问题原因,基于现有养老机构设施设备物资的物质基础上,挖掘构建智能养老空间的可能性和方法,优化服务系统,以提升养老机构的服务质量,提高入住老人对养老机构的满意度。研究结论有助于促进养老机构良性发展,为公办养老机构过渡到智能化提供新思路。Institutional pension is an important part of the modern social pension service system.In view of the insufficient supply of elderly care services and nursing resources in the current public elderly care institutions,and the inability of traditional elderly care spaces to meet the needs of the elderly,the reasons for the problems are analyzed through the method of service design,based on the material basis of the facilities and materials of the existing elderly care institutions.This paper explored the possibilities and methods of constructing intelligent elderly care space,and optimized the service system to improve the service quality of elderly care institutions,increasing the satisfaction of elderly residents with elderly care institutions.The research conclusions are helpful to promote the healthy development of elderly care institutions and provide new ideas for the transition of public elderly care institutions to intelligentization.
