自贸区背景下安徽省开放型经济发展的对策研究

摘　　要：近年来,安徽省致力于开放型经济的发展,在“一带一路”倡议、中欧国际货运班列及长江经济带发展规划等一系列优惠政策推动下经济活力明显提高,外贸总量持续增长。当前,安徽省经济发展势头良好,地区生产总值持续上升,凭借人口优势、政策优势、区位优势及创新优势等成为有代表性的内陆开放新高地之一,但在区域经济发展、人才结构比例、产业结构布局及利用外资等方面均存在一定程度的问题。以安徽自贸区的设立为背景,提出提升人才动力,调整产业结构,政策合力促开放经济发展等对策建议。In recent years,Anhui Province has been committed to the development of an open economy.Under the implementation of a series of policies,the economic vitality has been obvious,and the total volume of foreign trade has continued to grow,becoming one of the representative new highlands of inland opening.However,there are certain problems in regional economic development,the proportion of talent structure and the use of foreign capital.Based on the establishment of the Anhui Free Trade Zone,this article analyzes the status quo and advantages of the open economy in Anhui Province,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions in terms of talent motivation,industrial structure and policy synergy.
