摘　　要：当前高职院校航运服务人才的培养目标与企业需求还存在一定的差距。通过分析当前高职院校航运服务人才培养中存在的问题,提出了以“岗位需求”为导向开发课程体系;以“能力塑造”为核心,加强实践教学模式创新;构建产教融合的“校企协同育人”教育模式等措施加强教育改革,以期提升航运服务人才职业能力培养。There is still a certain gap between the training goals of shipping service talents in higher vocational colleges and the needs of enterprises.By analyzing the current problems in the training of shipping service talents in higher vocational colleges,it is proposed to develop a curriculum system based on"post demand";to strengthen the innovation of practical teaching mode with"capability shaping"as the core;to build a"school with integration of production and education"Measures such as the"Enterprise Collaborative Education"education model to strengthen education reform,with a view to enhancing the professional competence training of shipping service talents.
