摘 要:流入控制阀(ICD)完井已被应用于改善注水水平井的注入动态,配置ICD最初入井时的合理完井参数是取得均衡注水效果的关键。本文利用油藏数值模拟软件Eclipse,结合半解析耦合模型建立了稳态模拟和瞬态模拟相结合的注水水平井ICD完井动态模拟方法。针对高渗均质油藏、非均质砂岩油藏和裂缝性碳酸盐岩油藏,利用建立的模拟方法开展了注采模式下注水水平井ICD完井动态模拟预测和完井参数优化设计,并对注采模式下2口水平井单独或同时ICD完井的生产动态进行了对比分析。结果表明,对于上述3种油藏,ICD完井能有效改善注水水平井的吸水剖面均匀程度,提高整个油藏的水驱波及效率;进行ICD限流强度设计时需综合考虑其对吸水剖面均匀程度和吸水指数的影响;对于高渗均质油藏,ICD完井不需要下入封隔器,并推荐采用统一布置方式;对于非均质砂岩油藏,ICD完井存在一个最优封隔器个数,统一布置方式和变化布置方式均可;对于裂缝性碳酸盐岩油藏,ICD完井推荐最大化封隔器个数,并首推采用变化布置方式;注采模式下为达到整个井网单元内水驱前缘均匀推进的目的注水水平井单独采用ICD完井即可。本文研究结果可为不同类型油藏进行注水水平井ICD完井参数优化设计提供参考。Inflow control device(ICD)completion has been applied to improve the injection performance of water injection horizontal wells,and reasonable completion parameters for initial placement of ICD are the key to achieve balanced water injection effect.In this paper,using the reservoir numerical simulation software Eclipse,combined with the semi analytical coupling model,a dynamic simulation method of ICD completion for water injection horizontal wells is established,which combines steady-state simulation with transient simulation.Aiming at high permeability homogeneous reservoir,heterogeneous sandstone reservoir and fractured carbonate reservoir,the ICD completion performance simulation prediction and completion parameter optimization design of water injection horizontal wells under injection-production pattern are carried out by using the established simulation method,and the production performance of two horizontal wells individually/simultaneously adopting ICD completion under injection-production pattern are compared and analyzed.The results show that,for the above-mentioned three types of reservoirs,ICD completion can effectively enhance the injection profile uniformity of water injection horizontal wells and improve the waterflood sweep efficiency of the whole reservoir;The design of ICD flow-restriction size needs to overall consider its influence on the injection profile uniformity and injectivity index;For high permeability homogeneous reservoir,ICD completion does not need packer,and uniform arrangement is recommended;For heterogeneous sand reservoir,there is an optimal packer number in ICD completion,and uniform arrangement and variable arrangement are both available;For fractured carbonate reservoir,the maximum number of packers is recommended for ICD completion,and variable arrangement is the first choice;Under the injection-production pattern,in order to achieve the goal of uniform advance of waterflood front in the whole well pattern unit,ICD completion is only needed for the water injection horizontal
