摘 要:陵水17-2气田位于琼东南盆地深水陆坡区,其水下生产系统设计面临大高差、大跨距、海底低温等带来的井位分散、远距离油气水多相混输系统中水合物防控、液塞控制、水下远程通信和供电以及安全运行等挑战。本文通过对7口探井转开发井的可行性分析,确定了气田的井位布置方案,并确定了水下4井式从式双管管汇的水下生产系统应用模式;开展了从油藏-井筒-水下井口-海管的流动安全保障分析,确定了海管及立管的最大气速,使海管及立管的内径比常规设计小了一个等级,并基于不同抑制剂浓度下水合物生产相平衡曲线,制定了水合物的防控策略;通过对深水远程通信及供电分析,论证了采用电力载波通信和常规低压交流供电方式的可行性;针对深水长距离回接立管中存在较多可燃物可能导致事故升级的问题,提出了将水下隔离阀位置设置在平台浮箱上,降低了事故风险及工程投资;此外还探索了应对气田开发后期井口产水量高问题的水下气液分离与增压技术。本文相关成果为陵水17-2气田的成功开发提供了技术支持,也为推动深水水下生产系统的工程应用和技术的深入研究、助力中国深水油气田自主开发提供了参考。LS17-2 gas field is located in deepwater continental slope of Qiongdongnan Basin.The subsea production system design of the gas field faces many challenges,such as dispersed well location,hydrate prevention and control,slug control,subsea remote communication,power supply and safe operation issues in long distance multiphase transportation systems of oil,gas and water due to high elevation difference,wide strided distance and low subsea temperature.In this paper,the geometric arrangement of wells in the gas field and the application mode of subsea production system with 4-well slot manifolds and duel flowlines are determined based on the feasibility analysis of converting seven exploration wells to development wells;the maximum gas velocities in flowlines and risers are determined by conducting flow insurance analysis of reservoir-wellbore-subsea wellhead-flowline,allowing the inner radius of flowlines and risers lower by one grade compared to traditional design,and the hydrate prevention and control strategies are formulated based on hydrate formation equilibrium curve under different hydrate inhibitor concentrations;the feasibility of power line communication and traditional low-voltage alternating current power supply mode is demonstrated through the analysis of deepwater remote communication and power supply;in view of the problem that there are many combustibles in the deepwater long-distance tie-back risers,which may cause the deterioration of accidents,it’s suggested to install the subsea safety isolation valve on the platform pontoon to lower the accident risk and project investment;and the subsea gas-liquid separation and boosting technology is explored to solve the high water production in wellbore at later production stage.The related achievements of this paper offer technical support for the successful development of LS17-2 gas field,and provide reference for promoting the engineering application and in-depth technical research of deepwater subsea production system and assisting the independent deve
