摘 要:由于浮式平台对重量控制的敏感性,而桁架式结构能使材料应用更充分,且更易获得开阔的甲板空间,因此,陵水17-2气田半潜式生产平台——“深海一号”能源站组块采用了大型桁架式结构设计。对比了固定式平台和半潜式平台组块在设计上的差异,首次在中国国内平台组块主结构设计中采用了屈服强度达414 MPa的高强钢,以增加平台组块的刚度;基于该平台组块跨度大、主梁高的特点,对组块梁格进行了合理规划,保证组块结构具有良好的刚度且传力路径较优,并改进了以往用筋板加强主梁下翼缘的常规做法,提出了采用隅梁增加主梁稳定性的方法,以确保大梁的稳定性;针对半潜式生产平台组块疲劳问题突出的特点,在设计时强调了组块主桁架的保护,提出了优化结构连接形式、设置不可焊接区域等解决措施;完成了组块各类节点的疲劳计算分析,结果表明平台的疲劳寿命满足设计要求;此外,为了提高平台组块疲劳寿命的冗余度,指出了疲劳关键区域建造时的注意事项。本文的相关经验做法可为今后其他半潜式平台设计提供参考。Since floating platform is sensitive to weight control,while truss structure can make fully use of materials and obtain open deck space,so large truss structure design is adopted for the topside of semi-submersible production platform-“Deep Sea No.1”energy station in LS17-2 gas field.Considering the differences of topside design between fixed platform and semi-submersible platform,the high strength steel with yield strength of 414 MPa is used in main structure design of platform topside for the first time in China to increase the rigidity of platform topside;Based on the characteristics of large span and high girder of the platform topside,the grillage is reasonably planned to ensure that the topside structure has good stiffness and force transfer path.Besides,the conventional method of reinforcing the lower flange of girder with stiffened plate is improved by adopting angle beams to increase girder stability,so the stability of girder is ensured;In view of the prominent fatigue problem of semi-submersible production platform topside,the protection of main truss is emphasized in the design,and solutions such as optimizing structure connection form and setting non-weldable area are put forward;The fatigue calculation and analysis of all kinds of joints on the topside are completed,and the results show that the fatigue life of the platform meets the design requirements;In addition,in order to improve the redundancy of fatigue life of the platform topside,the attention points in the construction of fatigue critical areas are pointed out.The relevant experience and practice in this paper can provide reference for the design of other semi-submersible platforms in the future.
