摘　　要：本文对"中国裁判文书网"发布的图书馆电子书服务相关著作权司法案例进行了定量分析研究,随后通过对两个典型案例的介绍,讨论了图书馆合理使用与正当使用原则的理论价值与实践意义。最后建议图书馆界应充分了解电子书供应商的商业模式,重视做好采购资源时的版权侵权风险预案或维权预案。The paper conducts quantitative analysis and research on judicial cases of copyright infringement related to library e-book service published on the China Judgements Online.By introducing two typical cases,the paper fully discusses the theoretical value and practical significance of the principle of reasonable use and proper use of library.In the end,the paper also proposes that the library community should fully understand the business model of e-book suppliers,and pay attention to the copyright infringement risk plan or protection plan when purchasing resources.
