摘　　要：人与自然和谐共生是正确处理人类与自然界相互关系的一种先进理念。新时代,我国水利现代化建设需要坚持人与自然和谐共生理念。在对人与自然和谐共生与水利现代化建设关系分析基础上,阐述了水利现代化建设坚持人与自然和谐共生理念重要意义,提出了人与自然和谐共生的水利现代化建设框架,包括一条建设主线、两大战略目标、三个重点对象、四条基本原则和五项关键内容;介绍了人与自然和谐共生的水利现代化建设思路以及需要把控的关键内容。The harmonious coexistence between man and nature is an advanced concept that correctly handles the relationship between man and nature. In the new era, China’s water conservancy modernization needs to adhere to the concept of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. Based on the analysis of the relationship between the harmonious coexistence of man and nature and the modernization of water conservancy, this paper expounds on the significance of adhering to the concept of harmonious coexistence between man and nature in the construction of water conservancy modernization and puts forward the construction frame of water conservancy modernization of harmonious coexistence between man and nature. It includes one main line of construction, two strategic objectives for the stages, three key construction objects, four basic construction principles and five key contents that need to be controlled. This paper introduces the idea of water conservancy modernization construction in which man and nature coexist harmoniously, and the key contents to be controlled.
