摘　　要：南水北调工程已平稳运行6年多。2020年新冠疫情暴发,探索信息化技术手段,创新开展"视频飞检",弥补特殊情况下难以赴现场监督检查的不足,确保南水北调工程安全监管工作不断、力度不减。总结了"视频飞检"试点经验并分析利弊,为今后更加高效的信息化监管提供参考。South-to-North Water Diversion Project has been running smoothly for more than 6 years.In 2020,the outbreak of COVID-19 forced us to explore new ways of monitoring such as“video inspection”by taking the advantage of information technology,so as to make up the shortfall of on-site supervision and inspection under special circumstances.The new approach has ensured that the project is under safe and constant monitoring.With a summary of experience obtained from the pilot of“video inspection”and an analysis of its advantages and disadvantages,it may provide a reference for more efficient monitoring in the future.
