摘 要:为了研究骨料与细粉含量对水合氧化铝结合刚玉质浇注料抗爆裂性能的影响,以5~3、3~1、≤1和≤0.074 mm的电熔白刚玉颗粒和细粉、d_(50)=2.4μm的水合氧化铝微粉、d_(50)=1.198μm的活性α-Al_(2)O_(3)微粉、d_(50)=0.268μm的SiO 2微粉等为主要原料,骨料与细粉的质量比从60∶30变为70∶20,制备了ρ-Al_(2)O_(3)结合刚玉质浇注料,并在空气气氛中于1400℃保温3 h热处理。按照国家有关标准分别检测其常温力学性能、透气度、孔径分布和抗爆裂性。结果表明:随着骨料含量的增加,试样脱模及110℃烘后的力学性能逐渐增加,而1400℃烧后试样的常温力学性能逐渐降低,体积密度略有增加,显气孔率降低;脱模和110℃烘后的透气度先增加后降低,经1400℃热处理后的透气度逐渐增加,且烧后试样的平均孔径逐渐增大;在室温养护12 h后,试样的抗爆裂性能则是先增加后降低。在骨料与细粉的质量比为68∶22时,抗爆裂性能最好。Effect of aggregates and fine powder contents on the explosive resistance of hydratable alumina bonded corundum castables was investigated with fused white alumina particles and fine(5-3 mm,3-1 mm,≤1 mm and≤0.074 mm),hydratable alumina(d_(50)=2.4μm),reactiveα-Al_(2)O_(3) micropowder(d_(50)=1.198μm)and microsilica(d_(50)=0.268μm)as main raw materials.The mass ratio of aggregates to fine powder was changed from 60∶30 to 70∶20.The castables were heat treated at 1400℃for 3 h in air atmosphere.The cold mechanical properties,the air permeability,the pore size distribution and the explosive resistance were tested according to the relevant national standards.The results show that with the aggregate content increasing,the mechanical properties of the specimens after demoulding and drying at 110℃gradually increase,while the cold mechanical properties of the specimens heat treated at 1400℃gradually decrease,the bulk density increases slightly,and the apparent porosity decreases;the air permeability after demoulding and drying at 110℃increases at first and then decreases,the air permeability and the average pore size of the specimens after heat-treatment at 1400℃increase gradually;the explosive resistance of specimens increases at first and then decreases after curing at room temperature for 12 h.When the mass ratio of aggregates to fine powder is 68∶22,the explosive resistance reaches the best values.
