用负压封闭引流术治疗深二度烧伤创面的效果分析

摘　　要：目的分析用负压封闭引流术治疗深二度烧伤创面的效果。方法方便选取2016年5月—2019年10月期间该院收治的50例普外科深二度烧伤患者进行分析,依照患者意愿进行分组,对照组采取常规治疗,观察组使用负压封闭引流术,对比两组的恢复效果和并发症。结果观察组VAS评分(4.1±0.4)分,创面愈合时间(15.6±2.3)d,抗感染治疗时间(8.2±2.8)d,住院时间(20.5±4.1)d,数据低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=13.275、11.177、7.442、7.339,P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率是4.00%(1例),对照组是32.00%(8例),组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.878,P<0.05)。观察组满意度是92.00%(23例),对照组是64.00%(16例),组间差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.711,P<0.05)。结论负压封闭引流术治疗深二度烧伤创面恢复快,痛苦小,并发症少。Objective To analyze the effect of negative pressure sealing drainage in the treatment of deep second degree burn wounds.Methods conveniently selected 50 patients with deep second degree burns admitted to the hospital's general surgery from May 2016 to October 2019.They are grouped according to the wishes of the patients.The control group takes conventional treatment,and the observation group uses negative pressure closed drainage to compare the recovery effect and complications of the two group.Results Observation group's VAS score(4.1±0.4)points,wound healing time(15.6±2.3)d,anti-infection treatment time(8.2±2.8)d,hospitalization time(20.5±4.1)d,the data was lower than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(t=13.275,11.177,7.442,7.339,P<0.05);the incidence of complications in the observation group was 4.00%(1 case),and the control group was 32.00%(8 cases).The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.878,P<0.05).The satisfaction degree of the observation group was 92.00%(23 cases),and the control group was 64.00%(16 cases).The difference between the groups was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.711,P<0.05).Conclusion Negative pressure sealing drainage in the treatment of deep second-degree burns has quick recovery,less pain and fewer complications.
