摘  要:目的研究早期肾功能损害行尿微量蛋白+胱抑素C诊断的价值。方法观察对象为方便选取63名正常者(正常组),126例早期肾功能损害者(63例糖尿病者为研究A组,63例高血压者为研究B组),均在2019年6月—2020年6月纳入课题,均行胱抑素C、尿微量蛋白检测,观察结果。结果研究A组胱抑素C为(2.05±1.06)mg/L,尿微量蛋白为(45.82±5.80)mg/L,与正常组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=9.458、51.597,P<0.05)。而研究B组胱抑素C为(2.11±1.07)mg/L,尿微量蛋白为(44.91±5.96)mg/L,与正常组比较,差异有统计学意义(t=9.809、49.007,P<0.05)。胱抑素C+尿微量蛋白对研究A组、B组的阳性检出率为98.41%(124例),和指标单独检测数据(胱抑素C为87.30%,尿微量蛋白为88.89%)比较,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.863、4.850,P<0.05)。结论尿微量蛋白+胱抑素C对早期肾功能损害的诊断价值高。Objective To study the value of urinary microprotein+cystatin C in the diagnosis of early renal damage.Methods The observation objects were conveniently selected 63 normal patients(normal group)and 126 patients with early renal impairment(63 diabetic patients were in study A group,and 63 hypertensive patients were in study B),all between June 2019 and June 2020,the subjects were included in the subjects,and all were tested for cystatin C and urinary microprotein,and the results were observed.Results In the study of group A,cystatin C was(2.05±1.06)mg/L,and urinary microprotein was(45.82±5.80)mg/L,compared the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.458,51.597,P<0.05).Cystatin C in group B was(2.11±1.07)mg/L,and urinary microprotein was(44.91±5.96)mg/L,compared the normal group,the difference was statistically significant(t=9.809,49.007,P<0.05).The positive detection rate of cystatin C+urinary microprotein in the study group A and B was 98.41%(124 cases),which was statistically significantly different from the independent test data of indicators(87.30%of cystatin C and 88.89%of urinary microprotein),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.863,4.850,P<0.05).Conclusion Urinary microprotein+Cystatin C has a high diagnostic value for early renal impairment.
