摘  要:从受重金属钒镉污染的土壤中筛选出抗性菌株并对其生理生化性质进行研究,考察菌株对钒镉重金属污染水体的修复效果,并对其吸附机理进行分析。研究结果表明:对水体修复效果较好的4株菌均为革兰氏阴性菌,在甲基红试验、蔗糖和葡萄糖产酸试验中,菌株VCR01,VCR02和VCR04呈阳性,而VCR03呈阴性;4株菌中,菌株VCR02对液体培养基中重金属钒镉的修复效果最好,经16S rRNA序列鉴定其为芽孢杆菌菌属;当钒初始质量浓度为200 mg/L、镉初始质量浓度为5 mg/L、温度为30℃时,该菌株对2种重金属去除效果最佳,pH为6时,钒去除率最高达38.23%,pH为7时,镉去除率最高达44.15%;菌株VCR02通过物理吸附去除重金属,菌体表面的磷酸基团、酰胺基团、氨基是其吸附重金属钒镉离子的主要基团。The resistant strains were screened from the soil contaminated by vanadium and cadmium.The repair effect of strains on vanadium and cadmium contaminated water was investigated.Meanwhile,the mechanism of adsorption was studied.The results show that the four strains with good remediation effect are all Gram-negative bacteria.The Methyl red test,sucrose and glucose acid production tests are positive for strain VCR01,VCR02 and VCR04,whereas they are negative for VCR03.Among the sieve,strain VCR02 has the best repair effect,which is identified as Bacillus.The highest efficiencies of the removal of two heavy metals are achieved when the temperature is 30℃and initial mass concentrations of vanadium and cadmium are 200 mg/L and 5 mg/L,respectively.The vanadium removal rate is the highest at pH 6(38.23%),while the cadmium removal rate is the highest at pH 7(44.15%).The phosphate group,the amide group and the amino group on the surface of the cell are the main adsorption groups.
