摘 要:研究单相Ⅱ型电池储能型准Z源逆变器(battery-energy stored quasi-Z-source inverter,BES-qZSI)的二倍频脉动产生和传播的物理机理,运用状态空间平均法求解其二倍频脉动量的精确解析表达式;在分析其二倍频脉动量对qZS网络阻抗参数敏感性的基础上,提出一种基于主导阻抗参数抑制二倍频脉动的qZS网络不对称阻抗参数的设计方法,建立基于Matlab/Simulink的BES-qZSI-Ⅱ电路仿真模型,并将仿真结果与计算结果进行比较。研究结果表明:本文所建解析模型正确。The generating and propagating mechanism of the double-line frequency(2ω)ripple of the batteryenergy stored quasi-Z-source inverter(BES-qZSI-Ⅱ)was studied.The analytical model of the 2ωripple was established by applying the state space averaging method.Based on analyzing the sensitivity of impedance parameters on the 2ωripple,a design procedure for the asymmetric impedance parameters of single-phase BESqZS-Ⅱ inverter was proposed,which was based on the idea that the 2ωripple is mainly suppressed by the dominant impedance parameter accordingly.A circuit simulation model was established based on Matlab/Simulink,and the simulation results were compared with those of calculation.The results show that the proposed analytical model to calculate the 2ωripple in single-phase BES-qZSI-Ⅱ inverter is correct.
