摘 要:高职体育课程核心素养标准及课程体系尚未建立,对其研究具有现实意义。该文运用文献资料法、访谈法、实地考察法对高职体育课程特性、存在问题进行分析。研究认为,高职体育课程存在:课程价值取向模糊;课程教学内容单一;课程健身功能弱化;课程文化元素缺失的问题。通过建立健康取向多元学科体系,分层技能教学,自我健康管理模式,校园体育文化引领的课程体系,提升了高职学生的健身活动参与率、耐力数据及竞赛成绩。The core quality standards and curriculum system of physical education curriculum in higher vocational colleges have not been established,so the research on them has practical significance.This paper uses the methods of literature,interview and field investigation to analyze the characteristics and existing problems of physical education curriculum in higher vocational colleges.The research shows that there are some problems in higher vocational physical education curriculum,such as:fuzzy value orientation of curriculum;single teaching content of curriculum;weakening fitness function of curriculum;lack of cultural elements of curriculum.Through the establishment of health oriented multi-disciplinary system,hierarchical skill teaching,self-health management mode and campus sports culture led curriculum system,the participation rate of fitness activities,endurance data and competition results of higher vocational students are improved.
