摘  要:为了提高建筑用Q295B在海水中的腐蚀性能,通过在粉末中掺入微量稀土元素Y的方式,使冷喷涂Al_(2)O_(3)-Al涂层获得更强耐蚀能力;并测试分析了加入不同含量(0~0.50%,质量分数)Y下Al_(2)O_(3)-Al涂层显微组织结构、耐蚀性能的变化。研究结果表明:Al_(2)O_(3)-Al涂层内形成了许多外形差异较大的颗粒物,Al_(2)O_(3)-A涂层与Q295B基体之间结合紧密,并形成了明显的过渡界面,同时发现界面组织形成了凹凸不平的结构。加入Y后能够有效降低Al_(2)O_(3)-Al涂层在海水中的腐蚀程度。对Y含量为0.20%的涂层进行自然海水700 h浸泡处理后获得了更大的阳极极化率,达到最低的腐蚀电流密度。Al_(2)O_(3)-Al-xY涂层腐蚀产物组织包含Al以及Al_(2)O_(3),在试验范围内提高Y加入量后,有助于生成更加致密的防腐蚀层。In order to improve the corrosion performance of building Q295 B surface in seawater,by adding trace rare earth element Y into the powder,the corrosion resistance of cold sprayed Al_(2)O_(3)-Al coating was enhanced.The changes of microstructure and corrosion resistance of Al_(2)O_(3)-Al coating with different content of Y(0~0.50%,mass fraction,the same below)were analyzed by means of experimental test.Results showed that many particles with different shapes were formed in the Al_(2)O_(3)-Al coating,and the coating and the substrate were closely bound together to form an obvious transition interface.Meanwhile,some uneven structures were formed in the interface tissues.Besides,the addition of Y could effectively reduce the degree of corrosion of Al_(2)O_(3)-Al coating in seawater.After soaking the coating with Y content of 0.2%for 700 h,a higher anode polarization rate was obtained and the lowest corrosion current density reached.The corrosion products of Al_(2)O_(3)-Al-xY coating contained Al and Al_(2)O_(3).Increasing the amount of Y in the experimental range could promote the formation of a denser anti-corrosion layer.
