摘  要:为了确保机械传动部件在高温环境下稳定运行,延长使用寿命,通过等离子喷涂(APS)工艺制备得到MoS_(2)-Ag涂层,并对比了加入不同含量Ag情况下对涂层耐磨性的影响,探讨了在宽温域区间对涂层润滑性造成的影响。研究结果表明:涂层表面都是由致密组织构成,通过观察涂层截面区域可以发现还存在具有分层结构的等离子喷涂痕迹,涂层与基底结合界面形成了致密组织,没有产生裂纹和微孔。Ag粉在高温环境中已经和MoS_(2)发生了共同沉积,测试发现各涂层的元素组成和喷涂粉末基本一致。增大Ag的含量后,表现出更小的摩擦系数,磨损率较常温时明显降低。当涂层内的Ag比例增大后,在磨损过程中产生了更光滑表面,其中20%Ag涂层的磨损表面达到了最光滑状态,未发生剥落或产生犁沟结构。受到高温作用较易发生高温断裂,从而在高温下能够获得良好的润滑性。In order to ensure the stable operation of mechanical transmission parts in high temperature environment and prolong the service life,MoS_(2)-Ag coating was prepared by APS process,and the influence of different Ag content on the wear resistance of coating was compared and the effect of the wide temperature range on the lubricity of the coating was discussed.Results showed that the coating surface was composed of dense tissue,and the plasma spraying traces with layered structure could be found by observing the cross-section area of the coating,and the bonding interface between the coating and the substrate showed that dense tissue was formed in this part without cracks and micropores.Ag powder co-deposited with MoS_(2) in the high temperature environment.It was found that the element composition of each coating was basically the same as that of spray powder.After the increase of Ag content,the friction coefficient turned smaller and the wear rate was significantly reduced.When the proportion of Ag in the coating increased,a smoother surface was obtained during the wear process.The smoothest worn surface was obtained with 20%of Ag in the coating,and the coating had no peeling or furrow structure.High temperature fracture was easy to occur under high temperature,so good lubricity could be obtained under high temperature.
