基于数据挖掘探析李东垣治疗脾胃病用药思路

摘　　要：目的探寻《脾胃论》《内外伤辨惑论》中药物组方规律,旨在为临床用药提供参考。方法应用Office 2010对《脾胃论》《内外伤辨惑论》药物进行频数统计,应用SPSS Statistics 22.0进行聚类分析,对《脾胃论》《内外伤辨惑论》的用药规律进行研究。结果《脾胃论》高频中药有:人参、陈皮、升麻、当归、白术;《内外伤辨惑论》中高频中药有:白术、陈皮、炙甘草、人参、枳实。根据聚类分析结果,分析出几组常用药物组合,两书中方剂的使用与其治疗特色相符合。结论将数据挖掘技术应用到挖掘《脾胃论》《内外伤辨惑论》用药规律研究中,为脾胃病的治疗提供了思路与方法。Objective To find out the rules of drug composition in the Treatise on Spleen and Stomach and the Differentiation on Endogenous and Exogenous Diseases.Methods Office 2010 was used to analyze the frequency of drugs,and SPSS statistics 22.0 was used for cluster analysis.Results The high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine in Treatise on Spleen and Stomach includes ginseng,tangerine peel,cohosh,angelica and Atractylodes macrocephala;the high-frequency traditional Chinese medicine in Differentiation on Endogenous and Exogenous Diseases includes Atractylodes macrocephala,tangerine peel,fried licorice,ginseng and Fructus aurantii.According to the results of cluster analysis,several groups of commonly used drug combinations are analyzed.The use of prescriptions in the two books is consistent with their treatment characteristics.Conclusion The data mining technology is applied to the study of drug use rules in Treatise on Spleen and Stomach and Differentiation on Endogenous and Exogenous Diseases,which provides ideas and methods for the treatment of spleen and stomach diseases.
