三棱针穿刺合并中药熏洗治疗脑卒中偏瘫侧肢体膝关节骨挫伤临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察三棱针穿刺放血疗法结合中药熏洗治疗脑卒中偏瘫侧肢体膝关节骨挫伤的临床疗效。方法将96例偏瘫侧肢体膝关节骨挫伤患者随机分成3组:A组采用三棱针穿刺放血疗法结合中药熏洗治疗,B组采用三棱针穿刺放血疗法治疗,C组采用中药熏洗治疗。治疗6周后,采用VAS评分评价疼痛程度,并参考膝关节HSS评分评定行走功能。结果经统计学处理,A、B组的活动性疼痛改善及行走功能优于C组(P<0.05),A、C组休息痛改善优于B组(P<0.05)。结论三棱针穿刺放血疗法治疗膝关节骨挫伤活动性疼痛疗效明显,而中药熏洗治疗休息痛有优势,二者结合能提高脑卒中偏瘫侧肢体康复效果。Objective To observe the clinical effect of three edged needle puncture and bloodletting therapy combined with fumigation and washing of traditional Chinese medicine on knee joint bone contusion of hemiplegia side of stroke.Methods 96 patients with knee joint contusion in hemiplegic side were randomly divided into group A was treated by puncture and bloodletting with triangular needle combined with fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine,group B was treated by puncture and bloodletting with triangular needle and group C was treated by fumigation and washing with traditional Chinese medicine.After 6 weeks of treatment,VAS score was used to evaluate the degree of pain and HSS score was used to evaluate the walking function.Results After statistical treatment,the improvement of active pain and walking function in group A and group B was better than that in group C(P<0.05),and the improvement of rest pain in group A and group C was better than that in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion Three edged needle puncture and bloodletting therapy is effective in the treatment of active pain caused by bone contusion of the knee joint,while fumigating and washing with traditional Chinese medicine has advantages in the treatment of rest pain.The combination of the two can improve the rehabilitation effect of hemiplegia side of stroke.
