加味补脾益肾止血汤对青春期功血患者止血时间及E2、FSH水平的影响

摘　　要：目的研究加味补脾益肾止血汤对青春期功血患者止血时间及E2、FSH水平的影响。方法选取收治的89例青春期功血患者,以随机数字表法分为对照组(44例)和试验组(45例)。对照组给予屈螺酮炔雌醇治疗,试验组联合加味补脾益肾止血汤治疗,均持续3个月经周期。比较2组临床疗效、止血时间;比较治疗前后2组E2和FSH水平。结果试验组临床总有效率为95.56%,高于对照组的79.55%;与对照组相比,试验组出血减少时间、出血控制时间、出血停止时间均缩短;与治疗前相比,治疗后2组性激素E2、FSH水平均降低,且试验组低于对照组(均P<0.05)。结论加味补脾益肾止血汤可缓解青春期功血患者的临床症状,缩短止血时间,调节性激素水平。Objective To study the effect of modified Bupi Yishen Zhixue decoction on hemostasis time and E2 and FSH levels in adolescent patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding.Methods A total of 89 adolescent patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding admitted to our hospital were selected and divided into control group(n=44)and experimental group(n=45)according to the random number table method.The control group was treated with drospirenone ethinylestradiol,and the experimental group was treated with modified Bupi Yishen Zhixue decoction.Both of groups lasted for 3 menstrual cycles.The clinical efficacy and hemostasis time of the two groups were compared.The levels of E2 and FSH were compared before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate was 95.56%in the experimental group,which was higher than 79.55%in the control group.Compared with the control group,the bleeding reduction time,bleeding control time and bleeding stop time in the experimental group were shortened.Compared with before treatment,the levels of E2 and FSH in both groups decreased after treatment,and the experimental group was lower than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion The modified Bupi Yishen Zhixue decoction can relieve the clinical symptoms,shorten the time of hemostasis and regulate the level of sex hormone.
