摘　　要：腰椎间盘突出症股神经痛临床上不多见,其主要临床特征表现为大腿前侧麻木、疼痛等其他腰椎间盘突出症的症状。王艳锋教授经过多年临床经验实践,得出深刺大肠俞治疗本病,具有良好的治疗效果。对于临床上治疗神经根型颈椎病具有良好的借鉴意义。Femoral neuralgia in lumbar disc herniation is rare in clinic. Its main clinical features are numbness and aching in front of thigh,or other symptoms of lumbar disc herniation. After years of clinical experience and practice,Professor Wang Yanfeng concluded that deep acupuncture of Dachangshu( BL25) has good therapeutic effect. It has a good reference for the clinical treatment of cervical spondylotic radiculopathy.
