中医康复治疗神经根型颈椎病临床观察

摘　　要：目的探究中医康复治疗神经根型颈椎病的疗效及对患者满意度的影响。方法随机将2018年5月—2020年5月收治的84例神经根型颈椎病患者分为对照组(42例,施行常规西医治疗)、观察组(42例,施行常规西医+中医康复治疗)。对比2组总有效率、疼痛评分、生活质量评分、中医症状积分情况、颈椎前屈活动度、症状消失时间及满意度。结果观察组总有效率(95.24%)高于对照组(78.57%),χ^(2)=5.126,P<0.05;观察组治疗后疼痛评分较对照组更低,且生活质量评分、颈椎前屈活动度均较对照组更高,t=5.863、7.014、14.444,P<0.05;观察组治疗后颈椎疼痛、肢体麻木、眩晕、视觉障碍评分均较对照组更低,t=12.653、12.927、11.510、17.791,P<0.05;观察组颈椎疼痛、肢体麻木、眩晕及视觉障碍消失时间均较对照组更短,t=10.629、6.935、4.858、6.822,P<0.05;观察组满意度(97.62%)高于对照组(80.95%),χ^(2)=6.098,P<0.05。结论对神经根型颈椎病患者施行中医康复治疗有助于加速症状缓解,减轻疾病痛感,改善生活质量,疗效更强。To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation on radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis and its influence on patient satisfaction.Methods From May 2018 to May 2020,84 patients with radiculopathy of cervical spondylosis in our hospital were randomly divided into control group(42 cases underwent conventional western medicine treatment)and observation group(42 cases underwent conventional western medicine and traditional Chinese medicine rehabilitation treatment).The total effective rate,pain score,quality of life score,TCM symptom score,cervical flexion motion,symptom disappearance time and satisfaction degree were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate(95.24%)of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(78.57%),χ^(2) was 5.126(P<0.05).The pain score of the observation group after treatment was lower than that of the control group,and the quality of life score and cervical flexion range were higher those of the control group,t was 5.863,7.014,14.444(P<0.05).The observation group had lower cervical pain,limb numbness,dizziness,and visual impairment after treatment than the control group,with t being 12.653,12.927,11.510,17.791(P<0.05).The disappearance time of cervical pain,limb numbness,dizziness and visual disturbance in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,t were 10.629,6.935,4.858,6.822(P<0.05).Satisfaction in the observation group(97.62%)was higher than that of the control group(80.95%),χ^(2) was 6.098(P<0.05).Conclusion TCM rehabilitation treatment for patients with cervical spondylotic radiculopathy can help speed up the remission of symptoms,reduce the pain of disease,improve the quality of life,and have a stronger effect.
