摘　　要：20世纪20年代,从“贞操问题讨论”到“新性道德论争”,新文化运动在反复论辩的过程中建构了新的性道德。新性道德论争中实际上存在两种不同的路径:一是将性道德定位在价值伦理的单一层面进行讨论;二是在价值伦理和制度组织两个层面同时展开讨论。前者得出爱情就是性的唯一依据的结论;后者则坚持性需要制度性力量进行约束。路径和观点的差异同时也传达出对爱情内涵的不同理解。虽然存在内部差异,但新文化从整体上建立了性、爱和婚姻三位一体的现代性道德,与情感中心主义的现代家庭伦理相一致。与此同时,性与爱成为结合体并与婚姻脱嵌的趋势,也在新性道德讨论的过程中崭露头角。The New Cultural Movement constructed a new sexual morality in the process from the"discussion on chastity"to the"new sexual morality debates"in the 1920s.Between the two streams in the new sexual morality debates,one placed the discussion of sexual morality at the level of morality and ethics while the other in between morality and ethics and systems of an organization.The former coneluded that love was the only basis for sex,while the latter insisted that sex needed to be restrained by institutional forces.The differences in paths and perspectives also conveyed diferent understandings of the meaning of love.Despite intemnal diferences,the New Culture Movement established moderm sexual ethics based on the trinity of sex,love,and marriage,in line with modem family ethics centered on emotions.At the same time,a tendency for sex and love to become combined but dissociated from marriage also made a tentative appearance in the discussion of the new sexual morality.
