摘 要:针对层流机翼飞行试验需求,开展了飞行条件下的层流翼型阻力测量试飞技术研究。通过表面质量、其他测量设备及机体部件等测量影响因素分析,实施翼型尾迹区域流场CFD计算进而研制尾流耙,以试飞方法和数据处理方法构建了一套翼型阻力系数测量方法,并通过飞行试验对一型自然层流翼型进行了翼型阻力系数的测量验证。试验结果表明,该技术实用可靠,可为后续层流飞行试验提供参考。For requirements of laminar flow wing flight test, research on flight test technologies of laminar airfoil drag measurement under flight conditions was carried out. Through analysis of factors influencing measurement, such as surface quality, components of measuring equipment and airframe, computational fluid dynamics calculation of flow field in wake region of airfoil and wake rake was developed. Then, the measurement method of airfoil drag coefficient was proposed, including flight test method and data processing method. Finally, in order to demonstrate usefulness and validity of the measurement method, one certain type of natural laminar airfoil was used for airfoil drag coefficient measuring in flight test. Flight test results showed technology for laminar airfoil drag measurement is effective and reliable, which would be taken as a reference for laminar flight test.
