摘  要:目的研究Slit2蛋白、Robo1蛋白与输卵管妊娠中滋养层细胞浸润程度及血管重塑的关系。方法选取2018年5月至2019年3月在我院接受腹腔镜下患侧输卵管切除术治疗的74例输卵管壶腹部妊娠患者的输卵管样本为实验组,并根据滋养层细胞浸润输卵管壁的深度分为Ⅰ级组、Ⅱ级组和Ⅲ级组,同期接受手术切除治疗的20例子宫肌瘤或子宫内膜良性病变患者的输卵管样本为正常组。将输卵管样本切片并进行免疫组化法染色,检测各组样本中Slit2蛋白、Robo1蛋白的表达,另通过检测CD34的表达进行微血管密度(MVD)定量计数。结果实验组74例患者滋养层细胞浸润输卵管壁深度包括Ⅰ级27例,Ⅱ级29例,Ⅲ级18例。正常组输卵管组织中有1例Slit2阳性表达(5.0%),2例Robo1阳性表达(10.0%);实验组EP输卵管组织中Slit2阳性表达35例(47.3%),Robo1阳性表达41例(55.4%),且阳性表达率随着滋养层细胞浸润深度(Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级亚组)递增(P<0.05)。正常组以及实验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ级亚组间MVD计数两两比较均有显著差异(P<0.05)。实验组中,Slit2蛋白与Robo1蛋白表达呈正相关性(r=0.603,P<0.001);Slit2表达阳性者MVD计数显著高于Slit2表达阴性者MVD计数(P<0.05);Robo1表达阳性者MVD计数显著高于Robo1表达阴性者MVD计数(P<0.05)。结论在输卵管妊娠组织中,Slit2蛋白、Robo1蛋白的表达随滋养层细胞浸润分级的升高而增加,并且可能具有促进血管新生的作用。Objective:To investigate the relationship between Slit2 protein&Robo1 protein and the depth of trophoblastic infiltration and vascular remodeling in tubal pregnancy.Methods:The fallopian tube samples of 74 patients with tubal ampullary pregnancy who were treated by laparoscopic salpingectomy in our hospital from May 2018 to March 2019 were collected as the study group.According to the depth of trophoblast infiltration into the fallopian tube wall,the samples were divided into gradeⅠ,ⅡandⅢsubgroups.The fallopian tube samples of 20 patients with uterine leiomyoma or benign endometrial lesions who were treated by surgical excision at the same time were collected as the control group.The tubal samples were sliced and stained with immunohistochemistry.The expression of Slit2&Robo1 protein in tubal samples was detected,and microvessel density(MVD)was quantitatively counted by detecting the expression of CD34.Results:The depth of trophoblasts infiltrating the fallopian tube wall in 74 patients included 27 cases of gradeⅠ,29 cases of gradeⅡand 18 cases of gradeⅢ.In control group,Slit2 was positive in 1 case(5.0%)and Robo1 positive in 2 cases(10.0%).In the study group,there were 35 cases with Slit2 positive(47.3%)and 41 with Robo1 positive(55.4%),and the positive rate increased with increase of trophoblast infiltration grade(gradeⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ)(P<0.05).There were significant differences in MVD count in subgroupⅠ,ⅡandⅢbetween the study group and the control group(P<0.05).In the study group,Slit2 protein expression was positively correlated with Robo1 protein expression in fallopian tube(r=0.603,P<0.001).The MVD count in the samples with positive Slit2 expression was significantly higher than that with negative Slit2 expression(P<0.05).The MVD count in the samples with Robo1 positive was significantly higher than that with Robo1 negative expression(P<0.05).Conclusions:In tubal pregnancy tissues,the expression of Slit2&Robo1 protein increases with the increase of trophoblast infiltration grade,and it may prom
