摘 要:在辅助生殖技术(ART)控制性促排卵(COH)过程中,晚卵泡期孕酮经常提前升高,对子宫内膜的容受性造成一定损害,导致鲜胚移植妊娠率降低,增加全胚冷冻的几率。晚卵泡期孕酮升高的原因有很多,包括肾上腺来源增多、生长卵泡数目、血清雌激素水平、促卵泡刺激素(FSH)使用剂量以及LH水平影响等。晚卵泡期孕酮升高对IVF/ICSI结局的影响也有了新进展。本文针对近年来COH过程中晚卵泡期孕酮升高的原因及其对IVF/ICSI结局影响的相关研究做一个综述。During the process of controlled ovarian hyperstimulation(COH)of assisted reproductive technology(ART),progesterone often elevates early in the late follicular period,which causes certain damage to the endometrial receptivity,resulting in a decrease in the pregnancy rate of fresh embryo transfer and an increase the probability of whole embryo freezing.There are many causes for the increase of progesterone in the late follicular period,including the increase of source of adrenal gland,the number of growing follicles,the serum level of estrogen,the dosage of FSH used and the influence of LH level.The study of impact of elevated progesterone in late follicular phase on IVF/ICSI outcomes has also made new progress.This paper reviews the causes for the increase of progesterone in the late follicular phase during COH in recent years and its impact on IVF/ICSI outcomes.
