摘 要:文章以严寒地区近零能耗建筑为研究对象,通过实验测得近零能耗建筑的室内温度、外墙传热系数及外窗传热系数,实验表明该建筑室内温度满足《近零能耗建筑枝术标准》规定的值要求,外窗和外墙传热系数分别低于标准规定对应限值,其中,外窗传热系数比规定限值低34.2%。经计算近零能耗建筑围护结构耗热量,比一般公共建筑耗热量节能率达70%以上。Taking the near zero energy building in severe cold area as the research object,the indoor temperature,the heat transfer coefficient of external wall and external window are measured experimentally.The experiment shows that the indoor temperature of the building meets the requirements of near zero energy building branch standard,and the heat transfer coefficient of the external window and the external wall is lower than the corresponding limit value,respectively.Among them,the heat transfer coefficient of the external window is even 34.2%lower than the specified limit value.It is calculated that the heat consumption of the building envelope with nearly zero energy consumption is more than 70%more than the energy consumption of general public buildings.
