摘　　要：随着"十三五"规划纲要的落地及实施,建筑业的发展进入了一个转型升级期。建筑行业产业化在技术、产业等多角度体现出此行业供给侧结构性改革的重要性与必然性。文章以装配式建筑的预制构件生产基地建设模式为研究对象,依据基地建设标准,分析影响预制构件生产基地建设的制约要素,研究装配式建筑预制构件生产基地建设模式类型,合理选择装配式建筑生产基地的建设模式,为企业的投资建设提供理论依据。With the release of the outline of the 13th Five-Year Plan, construction industry has entered a period of transformation and upgrading. The industrialization of the construction industry has highlighted the inevitability and importance of the supply-side structural reform and development of the construction industry from many aspects, such as technology and industry. Based on prefabricated construction of prefabricated production base construction model as the research object, according to the standard of base construction, analysis of the factors restricting the prefabricated production base construction, the prefabricated building prefabricated production base construction model type, reasonable selection of prefabricated building production base construction mode, to provide theoretical basis for the construction of investment enterprises.
