摘 要:为了研究贫氧环境下褐煤的升温氧化特性,以内蒙古宝日希勒第一煤矿1#煤层煤样为研究对象,利用热重-气相色谱联用技术在不同氧气体积分数下对煤样进行升温氧化实验,得出贫氧环境下褐煤的热特性曲线(TG、DTG、DSC),同时采用Coats-Redfern动力学方程计算了煤样热解阶段和燃烧阶段的活化能。结果表明:贫氧环境对煤升温燃烧的各个阶段产生不同程度的影响;随着氧气体积分数的降低,特征温度T_(3)、T_(4)和T_(max)逐渐增大;吸氧增重阶段增重量和放热量逐渐减小;热解和燃烧阶段的失重量逐渐减少,放热量逐渐降低,活化能呈减小趋势;CO和CO_(2)峰值温度向高温区域偏移且峰值浓度降低。In order to study the temperature-increasing oxidation characteristics of lignite under oxygen-poor conditions,the coal sample of 1#coal seam of Baorixile 1#coal mine was taken as the research object,and the coal samples were subjected to temperature-oxidation under different oxygen concentrations by thermogravimetry-gas chromatography.The thermal characteristic curves(TG,DTG,DSC)of lignite under oxygen-depleted conditions were obtained through experiments.At the same time,the activation energy of pyrolysis stage and combustion stage of coal samples were calculated by Coats-Redfern kinetic equation.The results show that the oxygen-depleted environment has different degrees of influence on each stage of coal combustion.As the oxygen concentration decreases,the characteristic temperatures T_(3),T_(4),and Tmax gradually increase;the weight gain and heat release gradually decrease during the oxygen absorption and weight increase phase;the weight loss,the heat release and the activation energy of the pyrolysis and combustion phases gradually decrease.The peak temperature of CO and CO_(2) shifts to the high temperature region and the peak concentration decreases.
