摘  要:为掌握输煤转载点粉尘污染与风流速度三维分布的关系,以蒙东能源敏东一矿00工作面2号转载点为研究对象,利用CFD-DEM和有限元方法,采用k-ε湍流模型和COMSOL软件,建立了该转载点风流三维分布的数值模型,计算获得了其风流的三维分布规律,结合现场测试数据,分析了该转载点粉尘严重污染的风流影响机理。结果表明:带式输送机牵引风流与两巷道压风风流的混合是风流在转载点涡旋、紊乱现象的动因。得到了5~50μm不同粒径粉尘扩散的三维时空分布,针对性的提出外破坏涡旋、内合理布置、干湿降尘并举的治理方案,并设计湿式降尘方案。To grasp the relation between dust pollution and air flow velocity distribution at a transfer point of coalbelt,taking No.2 transfer point of Mengdong Energy Mindong No.1 mine 00 working face as the research object,using CFD-DEM,finite element method,the k-εturbulence model and COMSOL software,the numerical model of the three-dimensional distribution of the air flow of No.2 transfer point of the mine is established.Based on the field test data,the influence mechanism of serious dust pollution in the transfer point is analyzed.Results show that the mixing of the air flow of belt conveyor and that of the two lanes is the cause of the phenomenon of vortex and disorder of the air flow at the transfer point.The three-dimensional spatial and temporal distribution of dust diffusion with different particle sizes of 5 m to 50 m was obtained.The control plan that the external destruction vortex,internal reasonable arrangement,dry and wet dusting is proposed,and the wet dust control scheme was designed.
