摘  要:我国超大载重吨位的深吃水半潜运输船已可实现自主设计,本文介绍具有超大型海上设备运输能力的半潜船在结构设计分析中的基本流程与关键技术。由于运载设备体积需求大及下潜吃水深的特点,船体中横剖面设计、波浪弯矩、剪力计算及不均匀装载强度计算均与常规运输船有一定的特殊性。以65000顿级半潜船为例通过CCS规范校核,着重考虑结构尺度规划设计、中横剖面构件布置和不均匀装载强度等特殊问题,为大型半潜运输船结构规范化设计提供行业标准参考。The independent design of deep draft semi-submersible transport vessel with super heavy tonnage has been realized in China, and the basic process and key technology of structural design and analysis of semi-submersible transport vessel with super large offshore equipment transportation capacity is introduced in this paper. Due to the large volume demand of the equipment transportation and the characteristics of submergence draft, the design of midship section, the calculation of wave bending moment, shear force, and the uneven loading strength are all different from those of conventional carriers. Based on a65000DWT semi-submersible transport vessel, the special problems such as structural scale planning and design, arrangement of mid cross section members and uneven loading strength are mainly analyzed, and the results could provide some industry advises for structural standardization design of large semi-submersible carrier.
