摘　　要：潜艇作为国外海军发达国家水下重要武器,承担着战备巡航、对敌威慑的重要作用。随着国际总体态势的不断变化和技术不断发展,潜艇被赋予了更多任务和功能,特种作战技术即是其中之一。本文首先对国外潜艇水下特种作战模式进行逐一梳理,归纳总结了国外潜艇水下特种作战主要装备型式;分别对特种作战舱、干式遮蔽舱和干式蛙人输送艇等进行详细分析,给出了相关设计系统组成。最后,结合国外潜艇特种作战模式现状,对其下一代潜艇特种作战发展进行趋势分析。Submarines are the key weapons for the developed countries’ navy, and play an important role in defending cruising and preventing enemies.As the international situation change and technologies upgrade, submarines are supposed to take on more tasks and functions, and special operation components will be one of them.The paper presents the special operation modes on international submarines, and concludes the main equipments for underwater special operation applied on submarine;finally, according with the special operation application status in developed countries’ navy, the paper gives the trend analysis on next generation submarine of devleoped countries.
